Woke at 9am, Pam made the richest hot chocolate for me, Ciobar, along with peach preserves and honey they make on site. I called to wish Rebecca and Sandy a happy Mother’s Day, and then we pretty much hung out all day at the villa - not terribly exciting.
We looked at Gian Luigi’s bees, I did a bunch of reading the last book of my Cicero trilogy, then we went out for an aperitvo and went all the way back to the town were at the night before. Pam had an idea of where she wanted to go on the water, but Gian Luigi picked another place. We had our drinks and antipasti, then back to the villa.
